How do I place an order online?

Go to the Products page, click on the product(s) you want, and then click on "Add To Cart" and enter the quantity that you want to buy. Continue this process until you are ready to checkout. Now click on the Place Order button. We will receive your email with your order details, then we will update the shipping cost of your requirements. You will then receive a notification email with your updated order. You can check your order with all details in My Orders.

Payment FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments only via bank transfer, including Telex Transfer (T/T) or wire transfer and PayPal.

Can you provide an invoice?

Yes, we provide invoices for all orders. A proforma invoice will be available in the order details page after the payment is made.

What are your payment terms?

For orders with a total value below USD 4,000, full payment is required in advance.

For orders above USD 4,000, shipment is arranged by sea freight. In such cases, 60% payment is required in advance, and the remaining 40% is payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Most of our gemstones are sourced directly from mines in India. We also offer select stones sourced from Brazil, Afghanistan, Africa, and other regions, depending on availability and quality standards.

Yes, we offer custom-made gemstones and products. We can create stones in any shape, size, and material based on your specific requirements.

Can you supply other Indian items upon request?

Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship our products worldwide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the items are in stock, we will ship your order within 5–7 days of order confirmation.

If the items are not in stock, the delivery time will depend on the quantity ordered, and we will inform you of the estimated shipping date in advance.

Once shipped, the courier company usually takes 5–7 business days to deliver the order.

What are your shipping options?

We primarily ship via DHL and FedEx. We also offer shipping through UPS, TNT, EMS, Sea Cargo, and Air Cargo.

For orders weighing more than 50 kg, we are working with a Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping option, where the shipping cost can be paid after you receive the goods. In such cases, there is no need to pay shipping charges in advance.
